Where We Ship

Mary Janes Clothing Co. ships Australia-wide. International shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping is available across Australia. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro areas: 3 to 5 business days
Regional areas: 5 to 10 business days

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the relevant carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@maryjanesclothingco.com.au. We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Mary Janes Clothing Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
