Our Commitment
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully and refer to our size guide before ordering.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@maryjanesclothingco.com.au. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, contact us by email with your order details. Do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
